Call centers would prefer if you stayed in college for at least 2yrs, doesnt matter if you graduated or not but I've had a couple of callcenter buddies who only went in for 1yr or 1sem, Im guessing it really depends on how you present your self during the interview and how you work.

Most CCs, if not all, doesn't care more if you have an MS in IT or what. Most of the and giapas kay maayo ka moisorya ug english. Why? Because customer nila english speaking. Also, kasagaran dapat 2nd year college level.

Moa sad, ang ToR may pina ka impt sa new first timer then ang mga naai experience na ang clearance sa previous job.
