    how to lower body fats? diet lang? unsa man i ignore na mga foods if mag diet? meat? carbohydrates? unsa man alternative na food nga less fats? daghana naku questions oi i hope somebody will answer. need to loosen my beer belly

    I'm a no guru but to lower your body fat, you need to lift weight, do cardio and go on a good diet. Magkuyog jud ng tulo.

    to have a good diet, the golden rule is if you can kill it or pick it, eat it. look for foods with low glycemic index. check this, The GI Diet - List of low GI foods

    one more thing. e-enjoy lang gud ang journey. Don't pressure much yourself to get the results kay makita ra na in the end if you get your butt off the chair, go on & stop complaining as what my bodybuilder friend once said. We have different genetic make-up. Some might get it in a few months and others may take years. So, get supporters to cheer you up on hard days. I am too now is a work on progress. I do have a beer belly right now but I believe I can do this all over again. It's so nice to touch your own abs or to have your gf run her fingers on it, hehehhe.

    Don't forget to laugh and have fun. Nothing beats good company. Reward yourself always and cheat on your diet every 7 days, hehehhe.
