yes ang host maka net, pero ang client connected pero no connectivity.
duol nako.. naa gyuy kuwang :/
if xp to xp, perte ra jd sa una bro, less than 5 mins human naka.

First connect imo smartbro, once connected, naay smartbro nga icon mo gawas sa network connection, I right click na sya then properties, then advance tab, under sa Internet connection sharing i click ang "allow other networks...." then click ok, automatic na naay message mo gawas nga ang IP address sa imo LAN i set nya to 192.168.0.1 click OK ra. Mo ingon na sya nga "You need to reconnect to make changes sa connection etc etc" but ok ra na, you dont need to reconnect mo work rana.

Then sa client PC, ad2 ka sa Network Connection, Then LAN, I right click then properties, under TCP/IP i set ang IP address to 192.168.0.2 then subnet mask 255.255.255.0 click ok. Then thats it. Good to go naka.

Make sure lang na you are using a cross over rj 45 dili kato ordinary ra nga RJ 45 nga pakain ana mga router, dili na ma work. ang mogawas ana Limited to No connectivity. Pwede ra ka pa himo og cross over dha sa fast win, less than 50 pesos ra na or pwde sd ikaw ra mo himo if naa ka ato clamp.

    Hope this helps.

kung PC to PC use x'over cable not the straight patch cord if using switch okay ra ang straight patch cord. No need to set anything auto man na tanan even XP. Restart your PC after enabling Internet connection sharing (ICS)

I see, I never tried the switch, so ok ra diay straight, anyway you dont need to restart based on my experience. Mao ni ako setup dri sa blay with the two laptops. just my two cents.

you can actually just leave them empty. but if there are instances nga dili jd a browse ang client, try adding the IP address of the host as the gateway IP. i.e. 192.168.0.1
