Ako, I just let it pass... I cannot or do not want to resign, my company is very nice, one of the best companies in the Philippines. When I go to work, I just do my job well. It doesn't matter anymore that under my boss' leadership, however excellent I perform in my work, he'll always look down on me because personally he doesn't like me, or that is really his attitude.

I'm not the only one, I have officemates, even his fellow supervisors (before he was promoted to manager) he despises badly.

What's important is that I'm paid well, and I'm satisfied with my work and my compensation.

think ahead, don't just met deadlines, dapat advance ka.. kabalo ka unsa iyaha kinahanglan ug kanus-a niya kinahanglan, unya dili lang form dapat naa pud daghang substance... to summarize, dapat proactive ka...

like muingon sya, "gai ko ani nga report and i need it 5 minutes ago" tubag ka "dia ra Ma'am o, it's been ready 10 minutes ago".. unya muingon sya, "what about ang info sa kuan", tubag ka "dia ra Ma'am o apil napud ani ang info sa kuan, unya kung ganahan paka sa info sa kuan nga related sa kuan, giapil napud nako".

ambot lang ug syagitan paka niya...
