pero when u see actual blood.. when it is real.. lisod na gyud.

its so easy to say nga hunahunaon nga makatabang... believe me it is so easier said than doing it.

per my untrained eye, it looked like d guy suffered stroke or heart attack... or possible ruptured cranial aneurysm kay nagka dugo man ang entire face.

pero..the area is just a few hundred meters from where dead bodies have been dumped by unknown killers.

yap magduha duha, but you should act.. if you dont know the cause or you are unsure, then it is best to call for paramedics... but if you are trained then assume responsibility, apply first aid...
