i think this is another case of very good marketing strategy kay nadala jud si TS but unfortunately very poor service diay...

Ang problema man gud, dili niya tarongon ug tubag. Kung dili lang siya manginsulto dili gyud ko maglagot. Laliman ka gi ingnan ko na "IMOHA NANG IMONG 500, WALA KO NA HANGOL ANANG IMONG KWARTA"

syempre TS, server gani ma-down daghan jud maapektahan dili ra kay ikaw? he he he
do have idea what his machine is? his internet connectivity realibility? resiliency plan? backup power supply in case of commercial power failure, batt, inverters, genset, ats? emergency restoration/recovery strategy? data security? etc...
miss some of those, means poor & unreliable service... so, its client's call...
at some point, it's good to do business with a fellow FILIPINO. But when it comes to the part when HE SCREWS YOU UP, that's a different story. P500 is P500, and I don't produce it by just sh***itting in a toilet bowl.
