    Thank you for your efforts, but it's a misunderstanding. We are looking for a residential house with 3-4 bedrooms. We are not on vacation but we stay and live here. And our budget is 8000 to 10000 PHP.

    It'll be one big challenge to find a place like that. It's possible though.

    Yes it's possible and we have to, because my pension is much smaller then many people would expect. Not all foreigners are very rich! We visited a lot of houses in the last weeks. Mostly we found them while just driving around with the motor. The most reason why we had to refuse were:
    1. To noisy, because to close to a road or even highway with high traffic
    2. Rooms are too small
    3. Some rooms have no daylight coming in.

    I know these are quite luxury demands considering that many people have to live under such conditions. At the other side we don't mind e.g. old houses. I love old houses, only they must be well maintained. And we don't need c.r. in every room. What for? One is enough! We have been offered houses which are - to put it mildly - in a poor condition. No matter the hight of the rent! Private residences and also S.D.

    Hey landlords, out there in Cebu:
    Maintain your houses and apartments. Keep them clean and don't promise necessarily repairs, but do it now.
    Make your house and apartment presentable!


    We give practically up to find in Cebu-City proper an adequate house and we are concentrating more to the surrounding.

    you can't find a 3 bedroom apartment for only 8-10k.

    1 to 2 bedroom apartment cost 5k-15/month

    2 to 3 bedroom apartment 15k-30k/month

    3 to 4 bedroom apartment 30k-60k/month
