I haven't seen the footage and I don't want to. This is so inhumane and I hate the thought that it was caught on camera for all to see. My younger cousin saw it... I think it's shocking, horrible!

luoy intawon kaayo ang bata..he hanged on for dear life but once na drained na iya blood because of the gunshot wound, natagak intawon..you can see on the video that the kid did try to hang on. the parents should've been more responsible with their child.
