Dont get me wrong ... I dont see any INDIVIDUALITY regarding using only 1 wiper blade .

then why did you smoked-out yout headlights when the manufacturer didn't do it on your car? hehehe
Exactly but I didnt alter the PURPOSE . When I brake it still is RED , when I back up , it is still WHITE and when I make turns , it is still AMBER . See the difference ? Go make a long trip and drive while it is raining with only 1 wiper that you dont know if it even works properly .

actually bro, nice sad ng gi pa smoked out nimo dah  ..
    kopya sad ko beh...peace
Smoke came out after black styling . It evolved then came the ALtezzas lights .

bitaw bro.. ganahan ko ug sleeper nga dating sa cars..astig man gud gamay.. wala man ko budget mao ng I am asking for your opinions on DIY. I've started repainting my interiors, DIY dyapon...I'm planning to make my own CAI, too, DIY dyapon, and I'm studying on shaving a little bit sa akong cylinder head kung mo work ba dyud siya in increasing compression ratio...again, I don't have the budget and I want to try things out by myself....
Most other topics involved cash man gud nga modifications... I don't have that .....
Put also into consideration that regarding cars ... DO IT RIGHT the FIRST TIME . Exploring its potentials and capabilities w/o ur know how will end up catasthropic in the long run and you will end up spending more for repairs .

and that is why I initiated the topic.
WHen you see my DIY , they are all basics . You can even do it blindfolded . Because I know and lots of people know no harm will be done even with the absence of the real gearheads .

Well, I like it that way...and it makes me feel satisfied. I don't need to satisfy the standards of others. I'm only making myself happy with it, and I'm not trying to make others happy. It's much like the weird bob-marley hairstyle that others have.....Good thing, I don't have that much hair para mag ingon ato sad....

And besides, it'll be more efficient for my little car. When it's raining, I turn everything on, the aircon, headlights, stereo, and of course, the WIPER. less dimming sa lights kay gaan na man ang iyang wiper...

I tried DIY on grounding kit, but it didn't do me any good. I need to replace a bigger alternator. But I don't have the luxury, so I opted on reducing the electrical loads of my car.

Well as long as it still servers the purpose of wiping your glass of water during rain. It's going to be troublesome for when it rains hard but that's a consequence that you'll have to deal with. It's not stupid though.
this is the line --------- cross it. i dare you

It's working fine for me, though. Even with the hard rains in the past few weeks. I used a longer wiper blade man.. Pero compared sa case nga duha ka wipers, dili noon siya pareha ka efficient dyud in keeping my glass clear. Yeah, I admit it that it's not practical pero, it's just to satisfy unsa akong ganahan. Well, anyway, DIY man siya and it'll cost me nothing but time lang and effort. I could always revert back to the original setting if I want to (kung di na ko ganahan)

Again .... naa sa ulahi ang pagbasol when we get into accidents God forbid because we only have 1 wiper and the weather doesnt favor the driver . Then it is STUPIDITY , dont get me wrong .... Ive seen serious accidents because the rain was really hitting hard on the windshield . DIY .. whatever floats your boat .

Second .. I dont get the idea why most people think specially mga TAXI DRIVERS and JEEPNEY DRIVERS tend to use their headlights the the very most last minute kana ngitngit na , or use ac only when needed and etc to have better CURRENT of ELECTRICITY . Guys .... it does not cost you anything as long as your battery and alternator is working fine . Walay nakalahi sa gagamit ug suga and sa wala nag gamit ug suga .

    ...

I am not telling you what to do , BEEN THERE and DONE THAT , and I am happy of my accomplishments in the import scene personally . I am just giving my insights towards the issue of the 1 wiper instead of 2 for safety reasons .

it's still revolves around human judgment. If it rains realy hard that your one-wiper MOD couldn't take it, why drive? If you're too drunk to drive, why do so? If even your two wipers couldn't handle the rain, too, then why drive? Naa man dyud limitations ang gamit. That is why human judgment is importante ra dyapon... The moment I decided that I'll opt for the 1-wiper MOD, I've accepted the fact nga I'll be driving less or more slowly during raining in return for sa ganahan nako...Pero at least, I'm still satisfied with what I did maski na dili na ko kaayo kapasirit if mag ulan...

Good for you that you're happy with what you have now. AKo, I'm stilll trying to make things according sa unsa ang makahappy nako....and that doensn't include the standards sa uban. Ako rang standards. As long as I'm not interfering with somebody else's stds, ok ra. Problema lang tingali if mahitabo tong imong giingon nga makdisgrasya na noon ko.. Pero again na sad, human judgment ra dyapon, i.e., to take the risk or not. So far, puro buyag, wala pa dyud ko nadisgrasya sukad...
