At least one prosecutor noted that the vehicle is an extension of the home, and what goes on inside the vehicle is a private matter.

Correct! Agree ko ani.... Mo btaw pirme nako kasab-an ang guard inig parking nako sa ayala, kay mag abli cla ug door sa auto... abli ko bintana, pro dli mo mo abli sa akong pweltahan. naa palang mo sud kalit

I just want to know who said that *** cant be done and not to be done inside the car .

With regards to the guard, he's just doing his job, that is to inspection the basement and to secure the cars in the parking lot.
    There you go ....

    - INSPECTION of the BASEMENT ( the couples didnt have *** outside the basement but insdie the car )
    - SECURE the PARKING LOT ( the security peep on the window , why cant he peep on all windows then ? )

An to peep inside the tinted window is not an intrusion to one's privacy.
Oh yes part it is an INVASION of PRIVACY .

because the guard has a reasonable ground to believe that there is something unusual in the car. It is part of his duty to check what's going on ,basically, within the bounds of his duty.
It is his duty to check the well being of the outside of the car and not in the inside . Like I said , wait till passengers get out of the car then investigate . Lastly , the guard has NO reasonable ground bai .

Peace of advice....GET A ROOM!!!!
Kana mas maayo pa na !!!

not really. while it cannot be considered a public scandal, remember that Ayala is still private property therefore and being that the car is parked within its jurisdiction, whatever their rule is will have to be followed.

That is correct, however there is a limitation to that.

Being that the car is entering their premises it is their right to refuse anyone who does not conform to their regulations.

why did he not peep on all of the windows? common sense, there is nothing suspicious about the other cars, mag-uyog2 ba naman ang sakyanan.. tan-awon jd na. gikawat palang mga valuables dinha...
