    *dont drink tea- i disagree, sa taiwan every after meal ga-inum jud ug tea ang mga tao. and theyve been doing this for decades,accoriding to them,tea aids in proper digestion.u seldon see fat people there...

    i dont really think drinking tea immediately or just after a meal will affect your digestive system. i've read certain articles of studies that tea actually has properties that will help increase your metabolic rate. this is true! kay regular gyud ako disposal. twice a day ko ga dispose. i even drink more tea than just water, especially right after a meal.

    @Mace_N_Rarity: i agree! if u have noticed it, most chinese, japanese and koreans are lean. becuase they drink tea instead of water after every meal.
