ngano man kasagaran sa mga call center nagrequire of at least 2 years in college?

Here's the reason.. at our education system normal highschool graduates are 16 years old. If you study for 2 years in college that would mean your already 18 and valid to work base on labor code not unless youll secure special working permit (usually sa entertainment industry like artista).

What if 18 yrs old ka na highskul graduate?
I wont be hypocrite to say to you okay rana.. cause we all know you are not under normal circumstances if you graduated HS on that age.. Plus college education would be a security to them that you are mature and aware to social and economic environment which is less expected to highschool students..

^ mao pud ni ako problem.. ni apply ko sa CVG pag Nov. 22, but they said they cannot process my application because their requirements must be at least 2 years in college. so sad
