No, I wont order there anymore in future.
One mistake is enough for me, you cannot do such things in a public restaurant.

they could have handled that problem in a better way. It only shows that they don't value their customers.

Correct. I don't care the 500 pesos, but I care how they treat my wife in the public and all the customer are watching the scene...

I probably would do the same if I was in your place. There are still many places that serve good food and have great service so, not going back to Giuseppe won't be a big loss for you but a big loss for them.

running a restaurant is not just about how good the food taste, but it includes the service. Your experience is no different with mine, as it shows the lack of discipline/training in their procedures. What kind of cashier is that who mistakes 1000 for 500? Duda nako ato he/she intended to pocket it. If the waiter/attendant had proper training, they would have tried to give me better attention as I asked when a table would become available instead of just telling me we are full. Going to your house to apologize is not enough, IMO. They should have given you a peace offering, like a free pizza, or a complimentary meal that requires you to eat there. But dinha ra sila kutob, to apologize, I guess.

italians are known to have a quick temper. lahi siguro ang gisulti sa cashier sa iya maong na-ingon ato. but still no excuse in treating your wife that way. maayo lang gani dili ka kaparehas ug init ug ulo sa tag-iya.

pero pila ra sad ang mga restaurants ang inyong nahibaw-an/nahunahunaan ang muadto gyud sa inyong balay para mag-apologize? it just makes you wonder.
