in my case dahon ras KALABO ang pinaka effective so far. kana bang gigamit sa Herbycin nga gimention ni boliklik. mga 4 to 5 pcs ibutang nimo sa 1 ka tasang init tubig then after mga 10 minutes saktong mubugnawbugnaw pwede na imnon. humot pa gyud kaayo. but be sure hugasan ninyo ang dahon before ibutang sa init tubig kay kauban raba na sa tanglad nga sige ihian ug hobog!!!

a few hours before your speech, take a tablespoon of cough syrup (can be bisolvan) and drink loads of hot water. this would help clear your throat for the speech. there's no quick solution for cough even if it's viral .the best solution is always drink lots of water.

ey guys, i rily need your help. i have a speech contest this monday and i'm developing a cough! my throat is really itchy and i think that by tomorrow i'll start expectorating phlegm! do you know of any medication that can cure my cough? it's still in its early stages and i dont want it to develop!!! pls guys!!

drink a lot of water....drink lemosito juice...warm water is recommended...then...buy stripsels...katong candy...makaau jud...gud luck sa imong speech contest..God Blezz!!!
