there's a blog that says that there are tilapia.. I think tilapia fishing is more effective if you use worms (I don't know where to get them), but some say you can catch them with corn, hotdog, wax worm (maybe super worm would do good too).. I think fly fishing would be good too.. as for artificial lures.. hmm.. i'm not really sure maybe a spinner??

Punod - Lamac Spillway in Lamac, Pinamungajan. Tried it and it's teeming with bloody large snakeheads & tilapias (caught 1 5kg snakehead, bigger than my bloody leg). Used freshwater shrimps and guppies as baits, never fails...
