its a Breach of Contract, pero depende rapud na sa imo contract, usually... bawal ka mo enter another contract sa lain... basta similar ila nature ug business.. like -

if you work on an SEO company, you cannot have another job with similar nature of business...

You can only be sued for "breach of contract" if d nimu e honor imong g signed agreements. If you leaked any information sa NDA(within terms sa agreement) then pwede ka ma sue sa company B.

Then If assuming naa sd kay contract sa original company nimu (A) na ga sulti na dli ka maka take ug project that will compete with their business then you can be sued sd.

Pero if wa ka ga signed ug contract sa A or wa ga state specifically ana then they have no case.


That's why ayaw jd mu pataka ug signed ug contract WITHOUT READING IT, because LEGALLY BINDING na cya.
