why don't u try it bro? 'coz sometimes companies prefer fresh grads/first timers/inexperienced kay sayon pa kaayo tudloan compared sa ubang experienced nga gahi na, then usahay mao pay magbuot...

based on my experience, good developers started as self-taught. try to download php and install it in your machine. create a personal project such as simple blog, forum.

either companies or employees are unfair owadays. companies do not hire who doesnt have experience while employee hops from one company to another.

Yes we train. We prefer fresh graduate/inexperienced. What's important is ur willing to learn.

manila is a good place for challenges. but much better if you have a job na or hired na ka before you relocate.. lisod didto if didto na ka mangita work..
