how about "OFF!"? it's a commercial use insect repellant product.. di ba na siya effective for you?
or are you asking for some home remedies?

    Prevention is better than cure

    sakto ang gi-sulti ni tarpolano..

Yep, prevention is better than cure gyud, so therefore we have to have something more effective, safe, affordable, and an everyday/anywhere and at least 12-hour lasting product to "prevent" / protect us from mosquitoes. It doesn't matter if it's an insecticide.... as long as it will be proven safe to humans esp. babies ... that would be ok.

This could be a repellant and insecticide type of product combined.

By the way, I'm not limiting to just soap, perfume and lotion products, pwede sad siguro additional chemical that will be placed on our clothes.

Ok, so we have that "OFF" product already. It's just sad that Dengue patients are still growing in number even with the existence of this product. Maybe it isn't yet that super-effective or maybe wala lang gyud na-used ang mga tao mogamit ani, for now.

But, let's not get to the point to promote "OFF" products here. hehehe! Let's take it off!

ang2x kay kasagaran mga dengue patients pobre man kau igo ra tawn ila kwarta ipalit bugas ug gamay sud-an. i dont think they'd bother to buy mosquito repellent products nor even mind stagnant waters where dengue-carrying mosquitos can breed in their area which is prob common.

Yep, it's really sad that many can't afford those very important mosquito repellant products and that many too don't believe that Prevention is better than Cure.

So, this is the challenge here for Scientists (i.e. Chemists or whoever they are). There must be something that needs to be invented (may it be a repellant or insecticide), that should be cheap and possibly do let everybody bother to buy because it is a need and that it is regularly use everyday. This is why I thought of a "Soap" product, because everybody can afford to buy it and health centers may also be able to provide for free.

i heard regular use of off lotions can cause cancer. i heard lng ha..i don't have a specific source pa..
