it's always a nice feeling having the chance to help our less fortunate brothers and sisters especially in the Philippines.. sakit kaayo paminawn ba, kta dri puerting usik2x nato sa mga pagkaon, ipang labay lang kng d na mahurot, then most of us fail to realize that there a lot of people who doesn't have the means to even provide a little to satisfy their hunger..

Ganahan pud ko i-house ang kids for a few days in a hotel ba ron or beach house, kanang barato lang. And then mag adopt ta kids let's say before xmas, advance xmas gifts para nila. Mag rent ta big bus then we take them out to eat, take them out for fun, swimming pool, then basta mura family day ba. We will talk to hotel owners or restaurant owners nga kind hearted hatagan ta ug discount.

He was a doctor in Negros during his time, then ug walay kwarta ang mga taga ilaha kay pwede ra sila magdala ug saging, bugas, bisan unsa nga goods dili niya pabayron. Then ug mga datu kinahanglan pabayron. Ako gani request ni God kay padatuon ko aron daghan ko matabangan.

hehehe mao jud, then bag-o lang pud mi nagng hatag og mga canned goods og mga bugas katong naay na sunogan na squatters area dapit sa mambaling. its nice to give when you have extra. pero i give it to the people who really needs it.

I have heard rumors that some of these poor ones are backup by syndicates whom raising them, and the rule is, if dili sila ka limos og gamay kay wala silay kaon How true is this? I have noticed in metro colon area when I am going to usj-r attending my class kay dili modawat og pagkaon kining mga manlilimos dinha kundi kwarta dyud, hmmm, that is why I am confused Looya pod kaha if tinood ning rumors ako nadunggan Nanglimos pa, gisulod pa dyud sa bulsa

Hi chipmunk, that's true too. I think that's the reason why our government doesn't allow us to give money to them, pwede daw ka dakpon. That's also why istorya in the past focuses on orphanages in the hopes of them having more capability to adopt more and more.

yes of course, and its really been my passion and i love doing it. actually i'm an active member and a volunteer of kapwa ko, mahal ko foundation for about 14 yrs now. my first volunteer mission with the foundation was the flash flood in ormoc. for 14 yrs ubay-ubay na jud na mga outreach programs akong na atenan, mostly jud mga medical missions. for the kids we have this program going on the CWC or children with cancer. these children has "ALL" or acute lymphocytic leukemia and "AML" or acute myelocytic leukemia, we provide assitance for their scheduled chemotherapy and medications.

so its good to know that istorya is also in to outreach programs, maybe we can jointly organize something in the future, a partnership so to speak.
