Im working as a Homebased agent. There are countless ways for you to succeed in this industry. Initial output is high but the ROI is also high.

Cons: very boring (but its a matter of how you keep yourself preoccupied), Initial investment is high, You have to be self-supporting and with high initiative, Needs high call center experience/ skills (for the higher paying clients), no job security (some clients kalit2x mudecision, or if your contract ends, you need to move on to the next one), No insurance benefits, SSS, Philhealth, TAX, you need to file these by yourself, you cannot see your friends unless you invite them to your home.

Pros: Allows you to work multiple contracts(depending on how many you can manage), All the money is yours, no need to pay unecessary fees(except for internet connection), high pay out, you can drink and work, eat and work, cook and work, play and work, watch tv dvds and work, surf the net and work, chat and work, pretty much anything so long as you dont let it get in the way of your work. You are your own boss. Chill ang work.

NO PAY. meaning mag tapul tapul gani ka, way jud kay maani. your compensation is based on how many hours you've worked/rendered, not unless if you both agree (employer & contractor) fixed rate ka, monthly based compensation regardless pila ka hours imong na work in a day or week or month.

@ matsalam: it depends sa imong employer if they require you to have a headset. mas dali man gud marelay ang instructions/suggestions etc compared to emails lang.
