Yah..swimming really helps..i had swimming lessons b4 cz i knw it does help! hehehe... by da way, i jz heard of dat dextroscoliosis..y is it called such? mine is in the lumbar part lng..i have C curve and it hurts more when i have my monthly periods 2 da extent nga i cant walk...

my sis has scoliosis but dili grabi...we went to children's hospital here in philadelphia...she didn't ko any therapy or have any braces...i think its only when it bothers your normal activities and for some people they can't have kids coz of it...so better go back to your doctor...by d way,how old are youit hard when ur older compare to when ur younger coz ur spinal cords r really dangerous coz its connected to ur brain & whole body part w/ ur movements...i really recommend that u see ur doctor...
diagnosed last 2003. 6 degrees deviation. my back hurts all the time and i hate it.[br]Posted on: May 21, 2005, 03:24:58 AM_________________________________________________d extroscoliosis - not sure if i'm right but i think it means that the curve goes to the right side. prefix "dextro" meaning "right".
fesyjon adto lng gyud doctor.naa man cya exercise then iya man doctor ng recommend ato.
you should see a doctor kai naa bya lain2x nga case ang scoliosis.
Unsaon mani nako?Scoliosis man ko?
unsa man ang sulti sa imo doctor? i think kun minor palang imo scoliosis, puede pa nimo ma-usab imo posture. try to be conscious of how you sit down, how you stand up, and avoid carrying heavy backpacks. pero kun serious na imo scoliosis, naay surgery ana.
..have you tried going to a chiropractor? naa lain thread about ani...maybe it can help you...
I also have scoliosis and this is caused by bad posture..I always have back pain and i could not sit or stand for an hour in the same position.so i change positions frequently.Wala gyud tambal just pain reliever and if mugrabe gyud ang sakit just bed rest for 3 days.I used to go for rehab at chong Hua but it's expensive.Try to do stretching exercises and swimming. Avoid carrying heavy things like when you are shopping...If the pain will persist that's the time you will undergo rehab...Dr l recommended braces but its too risky to have it implanted basin dili na hinoon makalakaw matandog ang mga nerves.
try adto sa gym..any gym sa cebu..then ask about pilates, then ask if its the ryt exericse for people with scoliosis![]()
