got a call too from prulife uk daw. promo kuno ni sa ilang newly opened branch sa may parkmall. padad-on daw ko og 3 valid IDs apil pa gyud birth certificate para daw sa ako dependents. wala nako ni-giadto kay naanad nako ani nila..

I also received calls from Prudential Life telling me that I was selected as a recipient of a free scholarship from Datamex. The first time they called, I told them I am too busy and I can’t go to their office to claim the scholarship. I thought it was enough to drive them away. But to my disappointment, the next day again, they called me again and told me that if I don’t claim the scholarship they would have to forfeit it. I said, ok and I have to get back to my work. The person who called me acted as if she didn’t hear what I said and told me that she’ll call back next time.

The following week, I received a call from them again by another agent and he told me the same thing, to claim the scholarship. I frankly said to have it canceled. The reply was, it cannot be canceled and I have to claim it because my name is on it. I said I’m not interested anymore and I have to get back to work already. He said, it won’t take that long and he even suggested that he will visit me in the office just to give me the scholarship. I flatly said no and he hangs up on me. I know that they are just doing there job to earn a living but they should not push that far. They should also realize that we are also trying to earn for a living so they should not disturb us at work and if ever we want insurance or whatsoever, we could have gone to their office without them being too pushy.
