Non-AC Room rates starts at 2,500 pesos and the room is good for one person only. Wala ni curfew. Sorry dili pwede mo sleep visitors sa room kay galikay lang sa complications. But you can receive guests at the living area but not late at night.

We were once bedspacers and room renters and we know how hard it is to look for a place which is cozy and affordable. So when we found an opportunity, we decided to make it good; not like what we see when we were once too were looking for a place of our own which is what you're also doing right now.

Sorry, we don't have rooms with its own CR. What we have is a separate toilet and a separate bath, that means one door for the toilet and another door for the bath. This is typical for the Ground floor and the second floor. This is what we mean by 2 toilets and 2 baths.

However, duol ra kaayo ang T&B. Sa 2nd floor, Kay naa sa tunga sa rooms, sa ground floor pud kay 2 rooms nya T&B dayon. Adjacent raman so accessible ra gyapon. 5-bedroom apartment ra gud ni so di ni cya samok.
