it should be around 30k or more..
Available na pud sa Greenhills ( Manila ) confirmed by a friend who bought it there.
dli man kaau dako ug difference ang galaxy s sa wave based sa hardware specs
ang main difference jud kay
built-in memory, GPRS, EDGE mas labaw ang galaxy S nya mas dako pud
naglahi lang jud sila sa platform
galaxy s is android phone, on the hand wave is running on bada OS(samsungs new mobile OS)
and of course the price difference
mas mahal ang galaxy s kaysa wave
galaxy s is playing around 30K or more
wave is 18K
True, speed wise the wave is currently lag free compared to the Galaxy S, even with its monster specs there are some quirks that andriod needs to iron out.. sa Bada grabi ka smooth ang experience. Very satisfied with my Wave but I have to part with it when the Galaxy S is released outside of globe
@EarlZ: havent really deep dived into the Wave's innards,.ga familiarize pa ko niya kay bag-o pa nako ang unit. So what you're saying is compared to Android, dako ug potential ang Bada?
For the Operating system Im pretty sure andriod will lead the market and bada will just trail behind but i think bada has a lot of potential even at its early stage, Phone wise the Galaxy S and the Wave has a huge difference if you really dig deep but outside ang makita screen size ra jud.. a lot of people and even users dont know that the Galaxy S supports 5 finger multitouch OS wide ( unless the application limits it to 2 touches only ) no other hardware has the responsiveness or accuracy of the Galaxy S, the iphone 4 cant even come remotely close. Just stating one of the differences nga dli ana ka dali makita.
For the Wave, I love it been using it for a week and its a very great phone.. its gonna be the best bang for the buck high end phone, it has better value than the iphone 3GS ( unless your into the game library of the iOS )
Samsung Wave's specs seem impressive. Super AMOLED, 1ghz processor, nice screen.
Haven't really read up on BADA OS. But I guess it comes down to the dev community. Like aftersales support it keeps the smart phone "fresh". Palm tried it with thier own app store but didn't take off.
Specs is just one part of the smartphone business now. We'll have to wait and see how Samsung and their Bada will do it.
