TESDA qualifications and requirements to take exam for computer technician?

Hey! Guys, I discourage you to study in TESDA, that training center is nothing, facilities & their instructors now are not proffessional, they are all my students, there knowledge are limited, they don't have enough experience in an actual situation of troubleshooting, so your knowledge too are limit & faux pas. So, if you raised any questions the usual said "ahhh... ahhhh... ato daw sulayan kung mahimo bah...." that's stupid! Eitherway, this is not a trial & error dude! We're in the real world! that's not an exceptional method of teaching and answering the question raised from the students!

So, In spite of this, it is better to take in a reputable school like AMA, Informatics, STI, etc. than I have mention. This is for your own good!

LOL. oninuxlinux! they were all your students? hehehehe, nya mga banga sila? tsk tsk tsk... the government should revamp the entire teaching staff. sayanga sa, the government is spending a lot for them pero wala ra diay. i planned to set up a training/tutorial and have it tesda certified pero nag duha duha nako. heheheheh

bitaw, i guess i have to believe you, i have never studied in tesda. only the stuff that i have heard about them.

yup, @onixlinux is right, mas ok if internationally recognized certification ang kuhaon nimo like CompTIA A+, it being ranked below those giant Microsoft certifications, but still, with international merits on your part.

practical experience is good training ground, but today, there are a lot of computer technicians, or some just claims to be one. so you must have something that will set you apart like these certifications.

@boyguapo: you said that u didnt even finished highschool or elementary for that matter? why not go on studying? at least 2nd year college level? IT is an evolving world, experience will no longer cut it for you. think it over lang bro. u cud pass TESDA, but still, you'll be in a disadvantageous position in this industry even if you have those 6-years of experience. professional credentials gyud ang kinahanglan karon.

advise ko nimo, get that TESDA exam to gauge ur knowledge, then if ka-pasar naka, pangita ug employer na muhatag nimo ug scholarship or adto na lang sa TESDA apply ug scholarship. or better pa, if Meralco foundation. confirm lang sa TESDA bro if naa silay scholarship. sure ko na naa sa Meralco kay didto gikan ang akong cousin na test engineer na karon sa Cypress.

So, Therefore, I conclude, that TESDA is nothing.... nothing & nothing!!!! ....
Labi na kana naa diha sa IECEP-TESDA! Panganlan ug "Jing" daw?? kanang gwapohon murag KANDING!!!! meeeheeheehee!! ingon sa mga x-students nko before, Hambogero, daw na!
He tends to say I could i could but if we have to test him into the actual... hehehe! ..."aahhhh! ahhhh!!" he said... that's stupid! But anyway, he is not an instructor but he acts like an instructor, He is a Director of today I think?? correct me if I'm wrong with this.. neitherless, of the theory & actual he could have to show. Baba! lang galihuk! So, asa paman mo ana!

...Keep studying in TESDA, especially in IECEP? or to other school or else you get faux pas skills when you came ther intire of your life.

But what I care of are the adoption of skills being absorbed by individuals. I been there for three years teaching, but unfortunately, after, ther are lot of feedbacks to some instructors, facilities, & staffs by the previous & some current students were being indoorsed by some of my previous students, that there knowledge are not efficient & lack of experience in actual situation... It is better to study in some school or training centre, like AMA, Informatics, STI, & etc. than TESDA most especially IECEP, you will regret it after you have been experienced & noticed that you were & have been dropped in the hole, or stumbled something on your own money.

yup, i know what you mean. grad ko ama-makati, and we have a hell of hardwares to practice on, + tie up with other advanced training
facilities. but i wasnt interested on pc that time cuz m into business management.
