do you have warranty problem of your item with NUTECH til now?

usually replacement from supplier is 3-4 weeks

bisag unsa pa na na store... even gaisano interpace... basta outside the first 30days of the initial warranty ky supplier na ang moreplace... dili na direct replacement...

mao lagi more than 4 weeks naman unya wa paman mauli sa akua ang item.
ipabalik naman pod kuno.
don't know ug unsa napod kadugay.

as of now, nakontak na nako si sir mark. hopefully ma-solve na ni nga problem.

Normal ra na bay. Specially if IDE imo. Lisod mangita replacement man gud. Client ko sa nutech since college wala pa jud ko problem about warranty. Ever. When i was doing consultancy and when i work for the government, ok ra jud cla sa warranty. Now that Im on my own, Wala jud problem sa warranty. If guba ang HARD drive - Iuli sa manila - then manila well contact the international supplier. If wala stock cause they will replace the same jud mao na malangan. Pro as heavy hardware buyer, I think ok ra jud kaayo ila warranty and service.

much better always ka mg follow up..ug naa say patakaran nga 7 days outright replacement...kung dugay2x na nimo napalit imo item, dli jud ka dali2x ug replace ang store ana kay iforward pa intawn na sa supplier, pra mas madali, mg cge ka ug fff.up nlng for updates...

i think.. PC express is much better than NUTECH...

Ha! I had a very bad experience with NUTech Before... this is one FAIL store which I'm never going to buy at ever again...EVER!

try mo tawag direct ni jason yap sya man owner ana. para ma inform iyang staff sa problem ninyo.. ana jud na basta return item dli kaau sya mo atiman kulang sa after sales support

e report sa dti if di cla moilis kng under warranty pa, that way hasol hasolay nlng .

na-solve na ni siya nga problem.
ni-report man ko ni sir mark ani nga problem and maybe siya maoy miistorya sa management sa NUTECH about ani.
unfortunately, nawala jud akong mga files kay gipulihan man ko nila ug item.
ok lang. at least napulihan na.

you really cant compare NUTECH with some other computer store like the PC EXPRESS.... because NUTECH is a local company, compared to PC EXPRESS a national company.... Mas barato pajud...
