I think the issue here is not compatibility, but simply giving the wrong item as what he is looking for...

And you could not check the bit-rate of the card unless you use GPU-z, esp. if nangatang-tang na ang label sa card.
But then, my point is, kuyaw man gud ug naghimo lang ni ug account just for fraudelent transactions...

-youre right, you cant really conclude the exact spec of the vcard, unless ikaw jud ang mag generate sa gpu z
-possible pud nga the fraud seller can give u a model number, then youll research for the specs, but then iya ihatag is somewhat different, so the real testing is, you personally will have a hands on , on the item

@ TS: compatibility is out of the question...ok/working man ang vcard sa imong system...na SHORT-CHANGED lang ka in terms sa specs nga imong gipangngita vs. sa imong napalit...if the seller DID say nga 128mb/128bit sya...then either honest mistake niya or nang-ngilad gyud sya...next time ask for a validated gpuz screenshot before buying & more importantly RESEARCH sa google before you buy...its called due diligence on your part...

-yes the seller did confirm with convition that the vc is 128mb 128bit
-i dont think its an honest mistake especially hes not answering his phone till now
-i dont have ample time to research more on the net regarding the vcard (i spend majority of my time in the office, bsta i just came across a site which tells, there is an ati 9200, 64bit and 128bit, so quite confusing though
-due diligence should come not only from the buyer, but also with the seller, a valid sale consummates from 2 parties in good faith
