depende ra.. kung kaya jogging.. pero kung di makaya, go for speedwalking.. in time, mo jog ra ka labi na kung ma develop jud ang leg muscles..
speed running na lang... para ma.maximize ang potential sa imong body....

i do both of them warm up with speedwalking den jogging...
 
			
			
depende sa edad, depende sa weight. there are people who are too heavy and its not recommended for them to jog kay ma injury ang ilang knee, same with older people nga brittle na ilang bone. power walking is just as good. ang timan an lang sa taw kay ang duration sa exercise, should be 30-45 mins of power walking or, power walk, sprint, walk.....k rana tanan as long as u dont overdo it, then u r fine
ako sad both speed walking for the warm up then jogging , kung kapoy jog balik na sad sa speed walking
 
			
			
speed walking before to heat up... jogging when at the top of the game.. then slowly go back to speed walking... then cool down...
