I guess so, Jordan's character in NBA LIVE/ELITE was only rare. I think on the NBA 2K Jordan was not there. It's like Jordan has some stuffs that has to deal with the NBA Licensing thingy. Too complicated for a GAME.

The requirements, wala pa. Mga weeks before releasing siguro. They will release the requirements but i'm sure this is for the XBOX 360, PLAYSTATION 3, Wii?
