as per our friend google, abcede has been working on getting these jewelries auctioned as early as 2005. as to why he and pcgg wasn't able to do so in the last 5 yrs, well that's the P15 billion peso question.

let's us hope so and that the people who voted for him is right about him. that he can at least fill his government with incorruptible public officials. corruption will still be with us for a long time. it's naive to think otherwise but if he can lessen it somehow specially with people that surrounds him, with the people that he himself will put into office, i personally will consider his promise fulfilled in that regard.

and let's hope he will make good with his promise starting with these jewelries. that the proceeds will benefit the filipino people somehow.
