It's no longer up to Tomas but for Rama. Tommy has already established Cebu as a financial and I.T hub........ also he has made more room for more bigtime investments in the future. Now, it's time for him to focus more on protecting the SRP by being the NEDA Secretary. It is now Rama's task to do what Tomas failed to do, and that is to make Cebu clean, neat and envirment friendly.

Uhm........... the Cebu City BRT project is already on the go, feasibility studies are almost done and the funds are already intact.

Proposed/Upcoming:

1. Major Rejuvenation of Downtown Colon and other Heritage Sites
2. Inner and Outer Metro Cebu Trans-Axial Highway
3. Cebu's LRT (still to be settled in Congress)
