for us, the right age would be 26 to 29.
lower than that you will find immaturity.
stability?... most of Filipinos get together unexpectedly. and thats the beginning of financial struggles.

and y address to Men? coz we're the one chooses and decides when or who. The other way around?; not advisable...

and 40 above? higher chance of "special child" result.
same goes to women; ideal would be age 25.

For me sis, most likely yes.. dapat stable (but not necessarily with everything na) at least hinay2x.. Coz' kamo mag asawa, you could work as a team man when it comes to expenses
