What things do you hate most about your Boss?

doing your job accordingly will not eliminate what you hate about your Boss..fact is, there are loved Bosses and hated BOsses..and for that as fact, it doesnt mean nga people are not doing their jobs accordingly why they hate their Boss, it could also be that the Boss is not doing his job accordingly..

nu? ka pabor pabor gud nimo bai..me Im a Boss myself, and I admit I am not perfect..and if my direct report hates me for a particular reason..I would acknowlegde it. It appears to me that if you are a Boss, you will not accept feedback. Thats powertripping Brod..not good..you also have to consider that the way you look at things is different from how your people look at them. As a Boss, I also have a Boss and I know some things he does that I hate. I tell him about it and he works on them as Opportunities to improve on, dili kay sarad an niya ang utok nga hes always right.

I don't want arguments bai. ang ako lang is people are making istorya a place of whines, grievances and complaints.

hmmm..last na lang..to have said that 1 reason why people hate their bosses is because they dont do their jobs accordingly..you have already judged them even without knowing them or even hearing them..

If people are making istorya as place of whines etc..again thats your perception..we look at things differently. I totall respect your opinion.
