Bro, if the priority is a pet that is good for kids, then no question that a GR is better. But it you need it to do guard duties then a GSD would be for you. I have both a GSD pup and a GR pup right now. I must say that they are both great in different ways. And I will also say that I will not trust a GSD with kids. A GR is simply the best with kids in my opinion while a GSD is an ideal guard dog. So both can be great dogs but decide based on your priority, a guard dog or a kid friendly dog. Just my 2 cents worth.

If wala diay problema sa budget then it has to be both na lang ang paliton . Hehehe .... bitaw get a GSD from reputable breeders na naay mga excellent temperaments mga dogs nila , my GSD thinks he is a babysitter and at the same a bodyguard with a mission order of shoot to kill .

nagpa renew nako last friday .. every afternoon rako maka adto bro mga 5-7 pm.. duty naman gud.. hehe..

sakto. both nalang. mao jud ni ang dream one day.. 2 have a GR and GSD. hehehehe. karon anhi lang sah ku sa akong great dane. =)

So here's the verdict. First priority is to get both GSD and GR. Kung dili madala, get GSD.
