You really need to start you own breeding colony for mice. If you find yourself in a desperate situation sand boas will take small lizards like the local "tiki", however you need to be sure that they are caught in an area not exposed to any insecticides such a Bygon.

It can be difficult finding pinkies that's for sure, but mice breed fast under the right conditions so I'm sure you'll get it sorted over time. When your snake gets bigger quail chicks may be an option as plenty of farmers keep those.
With regards to the prospective mice breeding it's crucial that you get your breeders from different sources as one of the first signs of inbreeding is infertility and so your colony would only last a few generations without new blood.
