hayyy. color me disappointed. we (me & the wifey) arrived at the precinct at around 8am and got our priority number within 20mins of queuing. not bad but we were priority #250 & #251 and they were still serving priority #60 at that time. we were finally able to vote close to 12nn but by that time the pcos machine was still broken (it broke down at around 11am). the BEIs just took our ballots and say they'll feed it later.

i really didn't mind the waiting but was so disappointed i was not able to feed my ballot to the pcos machine myself and saw the "CONGRATULATIONS" message flashed on its screen. i gamely asked the BEI taking my ballot to congratulate me and she merrily obliged but the feeling isn't the same. it was bittersweet.
