You can open a dollar account sa imong Paypal. Then you can choose which currency becomes your 'Primary account'. Anyway kung mobayad naka sa imong purchases, makita man nimo from which balance (currency) kuhaon ang money.

nag open kog accnt sa paypal and it requires card confirmation... ako prob is i dont have a credit card. will i still be able to transact online using this account? (i get the earning from online biz)
i need more infos regarding this one. thanks
right. stop there. you must OPEN an account first at Unionbank. Check this for more info. EON Main Page
You have to go to any Unionbank personally and bring a copy of your two valid ID's.
Once you're done you will be given the BANK CODE and ACCOUNT NUMBER, then that's it. Mao ra na. Just check the link above for more details.
Good luck.

It's possible to perform online transactions with an unverified Paypal account, but it will be limited partly because Paypal puts a spending limit on unverified accounts and partly because some merchants don't want to deal with unverified Paypal acounts.
abstracted is right, a Unionbank EON account is the easiest and fastest way to get your Paypal account verified. I suggest that you put an initial deposit of at least P100 in your EON account when you sign up. This is because Paypal will charge you $1.95 to verify your account (don't worry, the money is refunded once verification is completed).
