If I have much money, it is the time to help and teach people how to make money.
Money isn't everything, it is how many people that you help to make money.
Do you think Lucio Tan, Henry Sy, Ayala make money for themselves only? NO, they expand and expand to help people make money.
If you see alot of sucessfull business people even here in Cebu, their goal is to expand their business to help more people make money.
It is all about helping people. Creating successful business means building and creating strong relationships to your clients and business partners to help other people make money.
Most average people when they see someone having some fancy cars, big House, nice gadgets we think they are wealthy but when I got into the Financial industry, the real wealthy people are the people that buy mutual funds, insurance, assets, stocks all their mindset has common it is about letting money work for them. Most of them only buy second hand cars, live on small houses because they think that a house is a liability, car is a liability(only the value of the land appreciates overtime) and they have a very simple lifestyle.
The Financial Industry it is where money cames from and it is where money ends. Financial Industry has 3 big players one is the Debt making industry, Savings and investment industry(mutual funds, stock market), and Healthcare and Insurance Industry. If you want to meet some successful people, usually they are always go to the Financial Industries.
