Pede ba na more than 10K ang i-down monthly then the rest ang rest pag-ibig?

mag start ang construction when 10% of your equity is paid. and e develop na ang land next week.

Kay ang isa, 2BR ang nakasulat, and the one below it has 3 BRs on the 2nd floor. So which is which.
