Unionbank ay..muhimo na sila ug paypal account..through Eon card..weird lagi kai akoang miga from states got a card from Paypal pero dri sa pinas..wlai own identity ang paypal..you have to anchor it to your own existing credit card..well im not complaining paypal is indeed nice..naa lang daw transaction fee..mas nice ang Xoom..i've tried it..hinoon ang muhatag ug kwarta ang medyo mahasul labi nag new user pa sa xoom kai he/she has to be one to go through effort na mu log in and mu sign up for a xoom account..pero other than that nindot ang xoom kai you have 2 choices to get your money 1. ang muhatag ug money can opt to have this option of giving a secret passcode sa person na tagaan nya sa money para isa ra ka i.d. ang i present sa makakuha sa money OR wla nlang code pero ang mudawat dapat mupresent ug 2 valid I.D.'s one government issued ug one company..mas naai weight ang governemnt issued id's kaisa sa company id...and of course daghan man outlets ang Xoom so you can cash it out anywhere anytime bsta naa lang xoom outlet duol nmo...but still..im getting a paypal account ghapon..
