i tried this scenario before.....

try to check your PSU... are you using GENERIC PSU? if yes, try changing your PSU, look for someone that has a spare PSU, then try it....

since for me the problem that time was my PSU....

yep same pud na sa akong amego, nga mo andar tnan, but wlay display...

Maybe your PSU cant support your VOLTAGE USAGE... thats why it cant power on your System

change a better AVR AND a different "clean"/dedicated power line.

Remember nako sige lang kadaot ang pc sa akoa mother in law, then i realize basig "hugaw" ang power line. Pataod sila ug isa ka line na dedicated to the pc. Okay na.
