hala, i think i know unsa ni nga company. pero dili na lang ta mag mention ug name k lisud na.

well, as far as i know, naay 3 ka call centers nga above 20k ang sweldo. is that dako enough? xlibris pays 22k plus commissions, pero stressful. babbleglass pud 22k minus stress pero all-in na na. no more OT pay, holiday pay or commissions. ang winner is VECTOR BPO. they pay 22.5k plus OT, night diff, etc.

i don't know lang ha if nidako na pud pay sa uban contact centers, but as far as i know mao na.

ang xlib daw kay all in na, naa n daw na night diff(panu kya ni nila na calculate in advance??hehehe) and etc...can anybody confirm this..

BG ko last year pero outbound sales nga account. yup, 22k pero all-in na. same sa xlib. but still, with the transcriptionists, i heard mas dako daw gihapon ila sweldo compared to other centers. wala man pud ko nangutana pila ilang sweldo. hehehe

i don't know now about xlib k nag separate na man ang BG ug xlib so most probably nag change na pud ilang management.

ang sa vector bpo naman, as of now wala pa commissions k starting pa man. but the management is very generous so by the time mudako na mi, ayha na dayon cguro magka commissions.

Xlib? Gudluck to you. You can be fired anytime and be escorted by d guard asap. Xlib is worst when it comes to employee relations. When you cant sell their service in a month, chances are, term dayon ka.
