...depende sa size...usually ang mahal ay radio..pero mkapalit man ka secondhand...then ang plane apil na ang engine usually 4k and up.......adto lang SRP sir,willing mi mutabang nimo....adto lang weekends...

pare-pareho raman tanan hobbies sir., mo-involve jud ug maintenance. Costly? Yes! if your going to have more than one model.. =)

maintenance so for sa akong model for the past three months are as follows:
front and rear bearings sa engine = less than 250.00
propeller = less than 200.00
fuel (since i just homebrew 0% nitro, makatipid jud ko) = 500 for 5L of 1:4 Fuel Mixture

maintenance...murag fuel raman imong gasto-an ani..500 pesos nimo nga fuel pwede gamiton for the whole month na(every weekend ka lupad)...ang prop,dili man ka mag ilis2x if kamao nka mulupad...then ang bearing sa engine sad...abot ug 3 to 5 months before ka mag ilis....so para nko dili ingon ana ka mahal ang maintenance ani....especially if i-count nimo unsa kalami ang feeling if mka lupad nka!!!!hehehehehe....

most plane crash are repairable with a few balsa wood and epoxies..
fyi, shunicks already crashed 3 planes and he was able to repair it..
I also crashed my plane and was able to repair it with a few balsa wood and epoxies..

nitro helis on the other hand is a different story.. ^_^
