Escudero is such a sucker for speaking proper tagalog. LUOD na kaayo cya paminawon anang iyang my press conferences. I had met him once before and he doesn't talk that way in reality but kung naa na gani camera, mora na ug si Francisco baltazar aka BALAGTAS, i honestly don't like him but you know what guys, he made a very good suggestion about GMA making manny pacquiao an example, why don't gloria come out clean and fight like pacquiao, pacquiao never ducked anybody and would certainly fight and win without cheating, something I couldn't see in GMA.

Cong. Chiz Escudero is really having a hard time practicing what he says. I thought he doesn't want to be a part of the super regions plan because he knew very well that we don't have the funds to utilize for such big project.

Now that we have funds and the president have already laid down the proposal for us to maximize the funds, here he comes to propose for his own benefit? No wonder he didn't know what was the plan of the president since he didn't attend the SONA.

It was a well-settled plan laid down before the Congress to ensure that this country will progress. If the president will just give it the provinces at their own discretion, how can we be assured of anything?

at first, he looks smart and a very good leader. but lately, his stands on issues became more questionable. probably, he's only trying to uplift the oppositions visibility against the administration.
