story:

i just bought a cellphone from a fellow istoryan (i will not mention his name this time coz i'm giving him a chance)... he's into buy and sell coz he bought my phone last january and sold it to someone right after..

HE said that the phone was bought last NOVEMBER 2009 and d phone has no receipt.. i bought the phone coz i found it cheap for a 2 month old phone.. so when i got the phone this afternoon, i read about the warranty status of the phone coz it was sent to nokia care for some issues/problem.. it stated there clearly that the phone was bought MAY 2009 AND NOT NOVEMBER 2009..

let's do the math here, november - may = 6 months.. november + february = 3 months... 6 + 3 months = 9 months.. i paid 3k less of the original (brand new) price of that phone which was used for almost a year.. so i negotiated with the seller asking him if i could return d phone i bought coz i felt cheated.. 3 months warranty left for the price i paid is so unfair.. and UNFORTUNATELY, the seller said that the item cannot be returned and it was not part of our deal.. yes, it was not part of our deal but i still have the right to return this item.. i have this phone for less than 12 hours pa..

he said that wla daw xa nangilad nako coz mao kuno ang gi-ingon sa owner ad2 na phone.. if kamo ang ng sell, dapat kahibaw mo unsa inyo gibaligya and dapat sak2 na mga information inyong i-hatag sa mga clients ninyo!! irresponsible au na seller.. ang ako lang kay ni trust ko ani nya coz i made a transaction with him before.. grabe pa niya pang hangyo sa ako gibaligya sa una then mao ra ni iya ika hatag in return.. problema..

f gamay2x ra ang diperensya sa price ako gi pay rn ug sa brand new kay mas maau pa palit kog brand new.. naa pay libre Memory card na wla niya gi apil sa amo transaction.. PLUS NAA PAY 1 YEAR WARRANTY..
