By the way guys, para sa mga wala kasabot.

The ACT of trading receipts from one person to another is not a crime. It is what the receiving party does to the receipt that makes it legal or not based on Philippine laws. Thus, what we have here in this thread, is merely asking for people to trade in their UNUSED gasoline/diesel receipts. No one is forcing anybody to do the TRADE. Some people doesnt need these, others do.

    I'll give you a scenario:
If Pedro gives his unused gasoline receipt to Juan, does that mean that Pedro already committed a crime for he has done the ACT OF TRADING RECEIPTS TO HIS FRIEND? SHOULD BOTH OF THEM WHO ACTED THE TRADE BE PUNISHED BY LAW? Of course not! And this is what the thread is all about.

But what Juan does to the receipts is what should be pointed out.

Remember, I did not give any conclusive statement, or definitive reason of what I shall be doing with the receipts. Only and if only the management and the MODS will demand an explaination will I give it to them and only to them.

I dont owe any explaination to anybody else... we are all using istorya.net for our amusement and advantage. We are all members here. No one is above the other. Except the management of the forum.

People here who already crucified the TS based on asking receipts is like condemning a person asking for an aluminum foil in this forum assuming that he will be using the aluminum foil as a paraphernalia for shabu addiction act. Not even knowing that there are many uses of the item.
