cause this is a company owned phones so company name and owner are only needed wala man problem bro sa tanan nag palit nako dri. maybe wala lng g register daan imo serial no.

and if official receipt ilang kailangan no problem with that. naa man sad ko copy dri "IF " lng kailangan

If you have a defective iphone you have to BRING the OFFICIAL RECEIPT

or else GLobe won't service it.

In my case:

When the screen of my iphone didn't turn on I went straight to SM Globe...
Since they asked for the receipt...

I had to drive back home and get it...

That is the procedure...

you are ASSUMING its that simple: just give your name and serial no. that won't work

IT NEEDS AN OFFICIAL RECIEPT....


and you EVEN said you BROUGHT THE RECEIPT...

SO you are CONFIRMING what I SAID...

IN ORDER to claim warranty... you need the official RECEIPT.... not just your name and serial no.

dili kanang name and serial number lang... End of case...

FYI: I got my unit from GLOBE... and not some third party seller....

SO wala tay angay LALISAN....
