I work on my abs once or sometimes twice a week only...![]()
dungan ang biceps ug triceps hasta ang back....
ok man dunganon ang chest and arms (triceps & biceps), and shoulders and back and legs and calfs the next day... mao na ang sakto. one big muscle group to pair it w/ a small one... ang big muscle groups are the chest, back and the legs... dili advisable na imo na sila dungan ug work out in one session.
kinahanglan jud imo i work out ang imo legs kay ang uban tapulan kaayo. mag sige lang ug alsa sa arms and chest and back... nig kadugay murag si jonny bravo ug porma luod na kaayo wala na ma balance, dakog lawas gamay tiil...
so better choose a good work out program. ask your instructors.
my skinny a$$ gained 15lbs after a month of workout...i tot wla najud ko pagasa motambok...and it seems that im getting more addicted wen i see improvements...hehe...antos lng jud!
How about this for a program, guys & gals?
DAY1 = Chest & Triceps + daily abdominal + warmup & cool down
DAY2 = Back & Biceps + same + same
DAY3 = Legs & Sholders + same + same
Note: Alternate through out the week. eg. monday=day1 tuesday=day2 wednesday=day3, thursday=day1, etc, etc.
Monday & Thursday - Chest, Back & Tricep then 30 minutes of Treadmill
Tuesday & Friday - Legs, Calves, Shoulders & Bicep
Wednesday - Abs & Martial Arts School
Saturday - Martial Arts School
Sunday - Lempyo sa Balay, Laundry atbp.![]()

pwede mag body building ang girls without grabe nga muscles? mao man gud na general concern sa girls gud.. basin matubuan ug muscles unya mura na guys.. hehehehe
@crashy: kabalo ko unsa imo tubag kay gitubag na ko nimo ani.. hehe..pero for info lang sa other girls who have the same concern as i had, post daw imo tubag para malamdagan pud tawn mi.. hehehehe
ug ako program ha, ayaw kalimti! sabutan pa na nato.

Ako 3 times a week rako mo workout, pero dili ko mag tunong sa day sa akong workout basta masud lang gyud ko sa 3times aweek..sample this week kay workout ko MWF then next week TTH-S nasad, something like that..
Pero ako martial arts everyday gyud na ang taichi, then Monday,Wed. and saturday ARnis ko ana, TTH, chinise boxing,aikido and karate..ako na dunganun..he he he
