there are specific models of routers na pwede ma installan ani na firmware.. naa mga istoryan kbaw ani. problema kay pangitaun lang gamay ang routers na ma installan ani.. google lang bro.. i havent tried this yet kay wla pman sad ko gamitan.

yes you can, linksys wireless routers can be set as WAP (wireless access point) devices too, i dunno sa uban nga routers
you need the MAC address of the other router nga imo kuhaan sa signal or connection then bridge mode your router

linksys connected sa ISP modem, aku pc connected using lan 20meters away from linksys. aku gi hook ang aku usb wifi sa pc naku dayun gi bridge sa network card naku; ang usb wifi connected sa tp-link; open ang tp link walay wireless password piro lain ang ip range nga walay interenet ila ma kuha maka connect lang cla sa network naku, ug maka play na mi ug lan.

so aku gi buhat kay gi extend naku ang range sa wireless network. its all about the protocols lang aku gi change gamay.

sakto ba aku setup? piro ni work man naabot man gali sa dalan ug gi change pud naku ang gateway para ma net ku. huhu.

i think imo pasabot i-change nimo ang imo router into an access point. i did this on my linksys wrt54g2. gi-convert nako siya from a router into an access point and plugged my xbox classic sa linksys thru a utp cable. Ang linksys naka-connect wirelessly sa akong share-it router. pwede pud ang uban wifi device maka-connect sa linksys or sa share-it.

By upgrading the firmware to DD-WRT it opens all possible options like:
1. WDS mode (Accesspoint + Bridge)
2. Bridge mode
3. Accesspoint only
4. Client mode
5. you can even adjust the transmit power from 0 to 100mW

There are so many features that can be done after upgrading the firmware to DD-WRT.

Just be careful in doing the upgrade.

This product Asus WL-330 has a switch at the back of it to function either as an accesspoint or adapter (client mode).
