design looks great. finally, ASUS decided to separate pcie's on same distance apart from each other..
nice pics sir polds...
ngano gpabarog man jud ng rogconnectif that is the one
i like the newly redesign overclocking toggle switch....i find the old button type cumbersome to use sometimes
more robust locking mechanism on the pcie slot.. the latch type lock on the previous model warped on the heat produced by 295
imo, RE's voltage reading point is more safer to use than the classified..glad they keep it on this model
i prefer classified's chipset cooling design over this especially the fin vertical type cooler with the option for additional fan
i am guessing the reason why the xifi extreme was dropped to reduce length of the board else it will need a casing that has at least 11 pcie slots

^ ask lang ko. 5 lagi ka PCI-E x16 slots so pwidi ni 5 ka GPU?
there are a total of four PCI-E 16X slots, a PCI-E 4X slot (with open back), and a single PCI slot.
@TS
This is not PCI-E 3.0. It is still PCI-E 2.0.
PCI-E 3.0 is not out yet. PCI SIG will released this new specification by second quarter of 2010,
with the new PCI Express 3.0 compliant devices available by 2011.
PCI Express 3.0 Specifications Release Pushed Out to 2010 My Digital Life

i hope this mobo is better than the current RE2 which was overshadowed by evga.
But i am still loving what i have.![]()
